Our mission
Two goals. One team.
First: help neurodivergent learners. Neurodivergent (brains that work differently, such as ADHD, autism and dyslexia) students often have so much to offer. They just need support that fits how they think.
Second: bring education to all. Millions of children have no access to education. That’s why we give 20% of our profits to help change that.
Just imagine. A student finds a study system that finally works. And a child somewhere gets to learn. Both from the same session.
The offer: £40 an hour for Band 4 tutors, freelance

£40 an hour is for Band 4 tutors who hold the relevant qualifications.

DBS and safeguarding
Students’ safety comes first.
Most tutors already hold an enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service, the criminal records check).
We check yours before you start.
Already on the DBS Update Service (a yearly subscription that lets us check your certificate online, with your consent)? Even better. It keeps things quick.
All tutors also work to our safeguarding policy.
Who we’re looking for
You don’t need to be perfect.
You need to care.

- Enjoy helping students find study methods that work for them
- Understand, or want to understand, how neurodivergent minds work
- Are patient, warm and reliable
- Hold, or can get, a DBS check and business liability insurance
- Are comfortable working as a freelancer
